If you are not satisfied with your order, in terms of size, color or design you ordered, products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery and replaced immediately. Please follow the instructions below for the product return process.

• It is recommended to return the products with ACS COURIER.
• The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer and the shipping costs of the new order to our store.
• In case the customer wants to make a change for the second consecutive time, he will be charged with the return and shipping costs.
To accept the return of the products you must:
• the return must be made within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt
• the product has not been used
• be packaged in its original packaging and be accompanied by all its labels
• the product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove the transaction (eg Retail Order, Order Form, etc.)
