Refund
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return the products you bought and request a refund. Products must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery stated on the ACS COURIER shipping document. Please follow the instructions below for the product return process.

- Refunds are made in the same way the payment was made after product control.
- Shipping costs of the returned product are borne by the customer. In case of wrong, damaged or generally defective products, shipping costs are borne by the store.
